Montepulcino D Abruzzo Doc
This wine undergoes traditional red wine vinification, with fermentation lasting a minimum of 10-12 days at controlled temperatures. It ages for 12 months in wooden casks and an additional 12 months in steel tanks. With a deep ruby red color, it offers an intense, vinous bouquet and flavors of cherry, blackberries, and liquorice. Dry and herbaceous initially, it develops into a round, full-bodied and balanced wine with age. Best served at 18-20 °C.
