Hummus is a smooth and creamy sauce made of cooked Chickpeas. We top off the Hummus with extra Chickpeas and Olive Oil to enhance the flavour.

It is recommended to keep Hummus Sauce stored in the fridge.

The Hummus is made to be spread in Pita bread, together with Falafel and Pickled Vegetables.
